It is impossible to quantify radiation received by you and your staff from the radiation parameters you have give, There are far too many variables. The only sure way of knowing the radiation dose received is by wearing dosimeters.

I would suggest that you can reduce your exposure by increasing the KV to 85-90 and recucing the mA as much as possible.
