1. Stop eating very spicy foods. Reduce ur salt intake

2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily

3. Enjoy aerobic exercise-walking, brisk walk, jogging, cycling or swimming. For this u have to sleep early.

4. Stop eating junk food such as cold drinks, burgers, sandwich, samosas, etc

5. Reduce eating fats and fried foods such as refined oils, sugar, ice creams, 1 spoon desi ghee a day is okay. 6. I would suggest a regimen of some Yoga exercises such as Kapalbhaati, Ardh Hal Asana, Paadh Vrita Asana, Dri Chakrika Asana. Yogic practices that reduce anxiety tend to reduce anxious eating.

7. Pranayam increases the oxygen intake to the body cells, including the fat cells. This causes increased oxidation or burning up of fat cells.

8. Regarding diet i would suggest Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains.Increase Fibre in diet. Take four small meals rather than large meals. Increase salad in diet. Stop taking sugar in tea and coffee.

9. Remain away from stress.

As far as homoeopathic medicine is concerned, I would be better in prescribing had I taked to you. The best thing is to visit your local physician, still there is one medicine u can start with: "Phyto Lacca Berry". Best of weight Dr. Nancy
