Complaint : Sir I am balraj singh doing gov job in Indian ARMY as a medical assistant from 6 yrs. My age 25 yrs and my wife age 24 yrs. Before 2 yrs my wife was pregnant so on 25 june 2008 labour pain starts in evening we go to a hospital near our village.Doctor see the condition and starts inj Oxytosin in iv fluid bottle and go to his home,after 2 hours dr come and starts second oxytosin inj and told that normal delivery takes palace in 1 hour.but no delivery takes palace till 2 am in morning then we call the doctor ,the head of child comes in birth canal and go back inside mainy times during the process,then I ask the doctor to refer to a new hospital for cesirian delivery many times but every time he told that no problem delivery takes palace normally.then he starts 3rd inj oxytosin in iv bottle at 4am in morning and make a cut in vagina by a surgical blade ,the condition of my wife becomes very serious, in morning a boy doing the job of medical assistant there in hospital ask me that if u donot have any problem I can try for delivery then he go to labour room he press abdomen from upperside as he press abdomen the child comes outside from vagina, but as I see the child, body of child is blue mainly fingers etc then doctor press the baby chest with his thumb mainy times.child do not start crying after birth I ask about this ,doctor tell that no problem baby is normal, at 7.45 am in morning child starts crying(Delivery takes place at 5.30 am in morning).All night doctor do not moniter for any signs and stmptoms of fetous and mother and told us that both r normal. In morning at 9.30 am we give fees to the doctor(7000 rs)after taking fee doctor tell us that go to a paeditrician child have some problem, then immediately we go to a paeditrician in civil hospital he see the condition of child and tell that go to a big hospital immediately child is suffering from less oxygen supply and have seizures then we go to delhi ,there doctor shifts the child to a machine and starts oxygen. The child discharge from there after 17 days after that we go to many doctor (neuropadetrician) but every doctor tell that due to less oxygen supply brain of child becomes dead and there is no treatment for this.Now my child is of nearly 2 yrs but he can not perform any activities like sitting,walking,drinking milk and can not hold his neck till now.Now the child depends on others for his every activity for whole life.i want to file a case against the doctor but doctor told that he has no malpractice in this case. The Young school boys and girls are addicted to COREX, RICODEX, S.P. NITROSUN 10, NITROVIT, etc . Please take necessary action to stop selling this medicine without doctor prescription . Sir specially school boys are addicted to these kind of drugs and if it continues then the future will be very destructive for young generation. Complaint : HI, With deep regret i would like to inform you all that the Dr. Anwar Siddiqui in Khadra locality is not able to use prefiz of Dr. he even did not know the meaning of Emergency . the incident is as follow. Today my younger sister need a desperate help of a medical professional at 4 pm today when i go to Dr Anwar he said that at this he is did't go to emergency call infact his clinic & home is in same building. he directly said no with out any concern is the Dr is like this . His degree of Doctor is BAMS . I think when somebody to the any doctor for a emergency help they sould respond because this is there moral duty but i now a days Dr runs after they have no concern if the patient live or die , if any thing happen how would be responsible for that . I think if somebody goes for a emergency help to any Doctor he should respond not like this Dr. I think also that his Degree is also fake . Complaint : Non payment of DEATH CLAIM against Policy No: 418801696 of deceased Indranil Maulik Frustrating long nourised faith on LIC. Inspite of repeated remainders LIC Branch No:20 did not settle the claim till date. Documents like Post Morterm Report, Police Final Report,Death Certificate, Driving licence of deceased Indranil Maulik submitted as and when claimed by LIC. Hope to get the payment at the earliest. Branch No:20 however settled similiar claim of similiar incident and persons against policy No:418809908 on 3/03/2010. Delay under the circumtances for policy No:418801696 is highly surprising and frustrating.

Complaint : on the basis of the recent judgment by Honble High Court of kerala in the Drug license issue, some of the wholesalers in our city informed the doctors orally that they have received directions from the drug inspector that not to sell any bulk of medicines to doctors or institutions not having the drug license. They are not ready to endorse this fact in the request letter for medicines. In this scenario it will become very difficult for the doctors to carry out regular practice properly. Because of this problem, I am afraid that the patients will be suffered, mostly in the rural areas. Also many of the doctors are providing 24 hrs of consultation especially in the rural area and in the night time no medical shops will be available in the rural areas. As per my knowledge individual doctors can dispense medicines without any drug license as per the section 5 under schedule K of Drugs and cosmetics act.Also as the clinics and single doctor hospitals are the working place of the individual doctors ,these institutions are also exempted from taking drug license. And I believe that this section in the drugs and cosmetic act is intact even now.If the reluctancy in providing the medicines to individual doctors continues,then the clinics and the single doctor hospitals in kerala will be closed in the very near future.So I request your goodself may have to findout some way to punish the errering chemist in the case of not providing medicines to individual doctors.I request you to send me the rules regarding what action can be taken against the wholesaler, who denies to sell medicines to single doctor clinics or hospital,in my e-mail address. A Doctor who is authorized to prescribe medicines - a lay man can get any dangerous medicines on his prescription- but the doctor cannot handle or dispense the medicines... what a contradiction? ? ? ? ? If this is permitted, it will be spreading all over India very soon.And most of the doctors will be reluctant to carry out private practice in the future,especially in the rural areas.The drug department is very particular in imposing drug license to doctors as they can widen their monthly illegal income pocketsduring their monthly inspection.This situation is dangerous for the health sector in India.So some action has to be taken in this regard

Complaint : The experience we have undergone at Medanta Medi city Hospital at Gurgain is horrendous. I believe it is a common practice and I have heard hundred horror stories similar to oours after we told people. The practice of intubating patients after they have passed away and charging unsuspecting relatives is a criminal ac being practices at most of teh hospitals today in delhi . It happened to us on teh 19th of April but our presence of mind prevailed and when they came for our consent signatures the intubation had already been done we asked whether the eeg report is available and that we shall sign only after we see it since I had seen the patient pass away while she being brought to the ICU. If you are really interested in stopping this malpractice i shall present my case in person along with a few others with their similar stories Thank you

Complaint : Sir, Several reminders forwarded to all concerned LIC department over a long period.But no response received.My Son Shishir policy was paid one time. Till date we have not even received any money back. And now we are told the policSir, The Policy documents attached with the mail of d policy no.540271900 of Kusum Devi Singh(LP),Shishir(LA) dated 28 March 1996 with single premium of Rs.17514,but the policy status right now states that the policy has lapsed. (see the attached recipt BOC no.3251/51C and single premium recipt dated 30 march 1996) There is a mistake done by the admin the policy mode has been taken yearly and the premium amt has been taken as 1751.40 instead of the single premium of Rs.17514 please rectify this error as soon as possible and release (LA)Shishir's fund. kindly reply to this mail. Complaint : To The Incharge Grievances Cell LIC On 15th of February 2010, I sent my administrative officer, Mr. R.N. Sharma, to your branch 31C - Connaught Place, New Delhi regarding a LIC policy matter. The concerned officer Mr. Chhatarpal Singh was extremely rude not only to Mr. Sharma but also to me when I tried to speak to him over the phone. I find it very strange and disconcerting that a customer is treated like a jailed prisoner at the hands of a petty officer. When my administrative officer met Ms. Roopa Bhalla, Branch Manager she too refused to speak to me. I then managed to contact Mr. Bajaj, Sr. Marketing Manager, Delhi and only then did Ms. Bhalla condescend to speak to me. I am amazed at the callous attitude of such a huge service organization like LIC. I do accept that LIC is a government organization where even a peon is a Lord but some decency should be maintained at all levels. I may add that I have taken substantial policies out of LIC. Complaint : Dear Sir, My wife Mrs Sikha Nath had undergone a surgery (removal of Uterus) at Chetana Nursing Home, Jalpai More, Siliguri back in May, 2009 by Dr. Samiran Dey. I had to incur an expenditure towards the Nursing, Medicine etc. apart from a total cost of Rs.18,000/- Unfortunately Sir, I was provided with a simple slip pad for an amount of Rs.15,000/- which was signed but the Doctor did not consider it necessary to put his Rubber stamp below his signature and as a consequence thereof the validity of those bills may invite questions about its validity.On being contacted, I was informed that since the case was an old one of about 6 months I was even refused by the Doctor to issue a simple valid certificate of the expenses. This indeed a violation of ethics on the part of Dr. Samiran Dey and deserves for being interrogated for the act of negligance and that for his surreptitious manner of course, to conseal the earning and to cheat a patient. May I solicit an immediate remedial measure from your good offices to have at least a certificate indicating the amout paid to his clinic in connection with the operation of my wife. relevant documents, cash slips and the prescription is being sent to your honour by post.I shall be grateful if myself is kept apprised with your postal address. Complaint : Dear Sir/Madam, On 16 Nov 09 my 10 year old son had some stomache problem and I have taken hime to the nearst clinc Namely Dr, Santosh Family Clinic & Pharmacy, No.22-A Gandhi Nagar, Madambakkam Main Rd, Opp. Jain Flats, Chennai - 73, The Clinic owner Dr Santosh Kumar Tiwari prescribed some medicine and same has been purchased from his clinic vide bill No 2093 dated 16/11/09.Oral application for rehydration he prescribed " P-LYTER" which marketed by TN MEDICS PHARMA (P)LTD, Chennai - 97, manufactured by NICKON Laboratories (INDIA) Pvt.Ltd, No.2,3,6/125Othavadal Street, Bharathi Nagar, Aryipalyam, Puducherry. is not having MRP, Batch No.Mfg&Exp.Date on the sachet, When I asked concerned for details he has shown to me on the sachet pasted piece of paper with relavant details. When I removed that piece of paper It was noticed that MRP was Rs.9.60/and on the new one is Rs.16.80/.The contradictory MRP printing is made me confusion whether item is genuine or not. The bill which is given to me is not having TIN number and Drug licence No.3178/M-IV-C printed, Hence Irequest you that, I may be guided properly If my complaint is worthy towards public. Complaint : No date of manufacture on the packs of milk. Actually, I bought two packets (each half litre)of SANGAM DAIRY milk on 1st August evening & preserved them in the chilled tray of our refrigirator. Next day morning, we boiled the milk and it turned broken. When I went to the booth agent, he refused to accept the complaint. What to do? In this kind of cases, less evidence encourages the agents as well as the dealers to resort to malpractices. Your suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.

Complaint : it is against S.B. medical and general stores drug licence number 20/z-7/95-1714, 20/z-7/95-1714,20c/z-7/95-1661 he is providing medicines as in capsules with water inside . the name of the medicine is Amlycure D.S and is down right refusing to exchange them. we all know how importantmedices could be to determine and perhaps make it fatal for a patient.

Complaint : Dear sir, My relation has undergone treatment in reputed hospital in Nagpur. They have charged 2.5 lakhs for 2 days' hospitalisation. He met with death irrespective of costly treatment. Hospital Management had not handed over body till full payment was made to them. Under such circumstances I would like to know details regarding action to be taken against hospital management:- 1. Address & Location of Grievance Cell. 2. Limitation within which complaint may be filed. 3. Whether bills of medicines can be recovered by Hospital Management when they are not having licences for sale of medicines? 4. Whether there is periodical review by government machinery to review business of such hospitals? 5. What actions if they are having sufficient evidences for such mala-fide act and illegal extraction of money without giving prior intimation in writing about the expenses to be incurred in their hospitals? There are number of complaints regarding such exhorbitent charges levied by Hospitals in private. How government machinery be called upon to act rigourously agains such social evils. Thanks. -ashok

Complaint : My father hospitalized for spinal related surgery in a well reputed hospital in Kerala. He was healthy and never been admitted any hospital before for anything. The post operative period was critical especially after 20 hours of surgery. More than 5 months completed and he is in a coma situation. There was lot of excuse from Doctors/Hospital. Meantime, INFECTION subject, additional two surgeries. Our entire families were suffering mentally as well financially. I have strong doubt about PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY of the Doctor who is in-charge for first surgery. Therefore, request you, please let me know legal procedure against the Doctor/Hospital.

Complaint : Hi All, I do not know whether I am right or not however I would like to share my experience and would like to understand the experience of other residents if they have been to that clinic. In front of Lakme after Brookfield there is one Homeopathic clinic (Dr. Surekha). We have been to her place so many times and all the times she shows such an attitude that she is doing any favour (ahsaan) on us by giving medicines. I have been to her place with a cold problem and she has forced me to take the medicine for Cough as there are sign of nicotine in my throat (though I never smoke). However I have taken the medicine and went back to her place after one week with the same problem and said there is no improvement. She said I never given the medicine for cold and I have given the medicine for throat and there is a lot of improvement in that I can see that. She charged me 700/- bucks for that and 400/- second time. Still I need to collect the bills as she said bill book is out of stock so collect after a week. Another experience: My wife went to her clinic with kid as she is having some allergy and kid also not well. There was not even a single shadow there and attendant asked her to go inside her cabin and my wife did the same and her attendant gone out for something. As soon as my wife entered she said you do not have an appointment and I am waiting for 11:00 AM appointment patient so you go out and wait. At this moment time was 11:10 AM. She waited there till 11:30 AM By the time her attendant came back and asked my wife why she is sitting outside. My wife asked please check with your doctor whether she can come in or she still want to wait for someone or give me an appointment I will come later. Anyway, she called her in and after that she never heard any thing and simply asked how many days medicine you want without even asking whats her problem. Though she is a registered patient in her clinic however doctor should asked or let patient speak about their problems. My wife asked you tell me how many medicine I take and when to come back then she said you do not know how many days medicine you want. My wife politely said being a doctor you are a better judge of my problem. She has given a medicine for a week and charged 400/-. And she was showing such an attitude and talking in such a rough tone. My family has never seen any doctor talking in such a rough tone and showing hell lot of attitude. I will never go back to her clinic and thought of sharing our story with you all just to update you. My recommendation is to think twice before visiting her clinic. Better to visit other clinic in ACES layout not very far from SBI. Rest is up to you all as every individual has a different way of dealing with different types of people in life. Complaint : This is wrt my medicine which i have purchased from Madhu Medicos, TIN # L/063/07450229290/0600 and DL No 31 (210) 20 21 20B 21 B 20C, Address : A-1/37, Sec-6, Rohini. I was referred by Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Rojouri Garden and was prescibed with the medicine Clavam 375 which i purchased from the above mentioned store @ Rs 263.45. Since I was not getting the relief out of it, Doc suggested to change the medicine to Clamist Tab. When I requested Madhu Medicicos on 15 Apr 09 to exhange the Clavam tabs which were unused, he refused to do the same. Inspite of all our requests and appeals there was no response from the Madhu Medicos store and shown the adamant behaviour to the patient. Just to make a note here that I was staying in Rohini from the last 21 Yrs and have been purchasing the medicines from his store. I think the authorties here should help me to provide the justice., the prob is not the funds or money but rather the respect and acknowledgement and posiive attitude toewards the regular patients. Complaint : i had an operation of my wife. when we consult for that doctor came to understood that we are having medical claim. He tod to us that if u we u will go for cashless u will be charged 7000/- and if u pay cash u will be charged 3500/-. The day when we had operation he denied to do cahless mediclaim operation. So we paid cash 3500/-.,hence it is as good as cash and doing operation.But, after operation was over, We demanded discharge card and bill for 3500/-.He denied us to give bill of 3500/- and he demanded more 3500/- for the bill. He said that because u had said that u are going for meclaim hence we have double charges to each anesthasia doctor etc-this is absurd.He literally did like black mailing that we u want a bill u will have to pay 3500/- more.We had to pay for the same.Otherwise he may not provide proper treatment to us.plz guide.

The ration card lady asks to bring career certificate from concerned police station for issue of new ration card. The police man refused to give me such type of certificate as he is not having any such kind of orders from the DCP of district. I am having my passport issued by Indian govt.which is my character certificate is not valid said by ration card dept. The order give to ration card office same to be given to police department to avoid the problems facing many people like me to run here and there without no reason as we are not having any concern to this two depts. We are interested to ration card only. For such type of problems we are wasting our time as well as our office leaves for no reasons I hope you will do the needful as soon as possible to get the ration card. Complaint : Last year I took my wife to MHRT, Hyderabad to do IVF. She started charging thousands of rupees everyday keeping in mind that i am an NRI(It is not quiet obvious that every NRI is a crorepati). After few days she said my wife conceived(by the time I came back to work abroad). Suddenly one day she told my wife that she has to do abortion due to improper growth of the fetus. When I called from here she told a different reason for abortion. When my wife joined me here shown me the medical report. Even an illiterate person can say that this report has so many mistakes and it conflicts with what she said before to me. One can easily understand that the Doctor has no idea about what happened. I strongly believe that she is just earning money from patients and doing nothing. she gives medicines and charges 6 times more than the actual cost. and there is no limit for the consultation fee. she charges everyday. My query is, is there any forum or organization in India where I could complain about this doctor for false charges and misguidance?

Complaint : I Have been cheated by a doctor Registration Number 22513, He has taken 5 lacs rupees from me saying that they have come up with a new branch in gurgaon of KAILASH HOSPITAL and he asked for a security amonut of Rs 5 Lacs to open a chemist shop in the Hospital Premise,as KAILASH HOSPITAL is a big name so we gave him Rs 5 lacs to open the chemist shop in the premise,He also sd that he is one of the cousin of DR.MAHESH SHARMA who is the CMD of Kailash Group of Hospitals. but the reality came in front when there was a raid done by electricity Department, after this I asked the money back from Dr Deepak Sharma who is running the KAILASH HOSPITAL IN GURGAON he called some GUNDAS and showed my elder brother a revolver and said that he would not return the money come what may. Said that he is politically sound and his MAMI is in the CABINET nothing will happen to him and the same thing is happening sir, To bring to your notice FIR (no.57/2008 dated 28/02/2008) has been logged in sector 5 police station-Gurgaon and a press note was also released but no action has been taken against the doctor.Then We spoke to the CMD of KAILASH HOSPITAL who said that they have no Branch in Gurgaon,I Have Planned and Cheated. Officials at sector 5 police station have never called us and the doctor was also not called ever. They are not taking any steps to save our lives from the doctor and when told about the refund of money I was advised by police officials to log a court case against the doctor. I have no money to fight legally against the doctor. He has money as he is doing all Illegal things in the Hospital, all MTPS are carried in the hospital, hospital not even registered...I have all valid documents that says that 5lacs is been given to him as a security of chemist shop, but after seeing that he is not a doctor but a GUNDA, I gave him a notice that I would like to Vacant the chemist shop and the security amount should be refunded, He called people from outside showed my elder brother a revolver and said not to enter the hospital premise. I have not opened the shop from last 15 days earning nothing, and those 5 lacs of rupees were taken on interest. Police is with him, as no action is been taken after a FIR (no.57/2008 dated 28/02/2008) also...Please help me..THe entire Department is aware of the things but noone is helping me.Would appreciate if you can come forward to help me as I have heard that you all show the truth. Complaint : Sir, I was blessed with a Baby Girl and was admitted to Dr.Mehtha Hospital in Chetpet. The baby was in NICU and discharged after 10 days on Feb 23, 2008. As i wanted the discharge summary for my baby for further follow up and medical claim, i'm requesting them from the day 3 of discharge. When ever i go and ask them or call them the only reason they say is it is in correction. I dont know whether it would take 25 days for correcting a baby's discharge summary. They could have issued more than 100 new discharge summary during this 25 days. I dont know who are all working for this and why they are all assigned the job of preparing the discharge summary. Please take necessary immediate action. I dont know where to complain, this is the site i got thru Google search.

Most of the Doctors and their staffs are misbehavior with their patients like touching unwontedly some places/rape/removing the human organs etc... One of my friend Mr Prakash @ Venkatesh, 30 years old (only one son) got admitted in Billroth Hospital . He is having habit of taking alcohol rarely. But he is having strong body and always under control. He is admitted in Billroth Hospital 15 days back when he had drunk. The doctors are immediately admitted in the hospital and gave him 16 injection round the hip and he is lost his conscious and he died immediately. They took ICU and kept few days and collected Rs 80, 000 per day from their parents. Not allowed to see any one through glass window. Keeping dead body inside the ICU and earned such huge amount. This is regular practice in the Billroth Hospital. Medical Council of India authorities are having same kind of income all over the India. If it is true, people won`t take any action against them. If the person is genuine the severe action will be taken immediately. However this kind of THIEF are supposed to face and answer to GOD one day. Everytime they increase the dosage and tell that after one weak the problem will be over. My concern is how long will the treatment will continue. If tomorrow due to constant and persistent bleeding if there is any uterine cancer, who is responsible for it. Second thing. They have not done any investigation like blood test, harmonal test etc., before administering the medicine. Simply they had seen my previous reports which are 2-3 year old and started giving the medicine. Please suggest if i can discontinue the treatment from this clinic and take back the amount paid initially as I am not satisfied with the treatement they are providing. Complaint : i am resident of ashok vihar delhi.i purchased medicine for my father from Alankit Medicos at ashok vihar itself. but sales person on the consent of manager was not ready to give the desired quantity of medicine rather he insisted on purchasing full strips consisting of 10 tablets although i required only 4 of it . i needed only 4 of it. as my father's visit to the doctor was due after 4 days . considering emergency and that medicine could be further used by my father. i purchased them on the verbal assurance from the sales person that if not required it would be taken back on producing bill. since doctor changed the medicine so i went to return back the remaining 6 tabltes along with bill but in vain . manager outrightly refused to take them back saying v do not accept them as it creates problem in keeping stock. my worry is that why not the patient was given prescribed quantity of medicine ? why patient (Retd. senior citizen)should bear the cost of left over medicine only becoz it creates hazzle to shopkeeper in keeping record of stock??????? who has given him the right ot decide on such issues???? there should be uniformity in all medical stores. why only this medical store is creating problem to the already stressed patients and their family members??? what action could be taken against this medical store? as this has created mental and physical strain to my father and to myself. My immediated concern id that such malpractices should be checked. how can v move to the consumer protection rights and what is the delhi address for it? so please suggest the way v can proceed against this particular medical store. your early reply in right direction would highly be appreciated. thanks! charu

Hospital, New Delhi Ex. President of National Acad.of Burns, India Having so much qualification still does not know how to treat a patient and looking towards charging extra money through profession. Doctors profession is treated very pure and sincere they are the one who help people in trouble after god, but one of your doctors S.P. Bajaj is the one who is only working to earn money not to help people. Let me explain you what happened: My mother while cooking had an accident and Boiled oil fell on her body and 37% of her body was burnt and she was treated in SAROJ HOSPITAL in Rohini which was really appreciated as what they helped us with and she received good care there. After 15 days recovering my mother was told that some scar on her left arm will remain for long time and needs to be operated, so for second opinion we went to Dr S.P.Bajaj, who first of all was very rude to my father (Suresh Sehgal) my uncle(Naresh Batra) and my mother (Mrs. Amita Sehgal, Patient)and kept on asking who has sent you here after getting recovered you should have came to me earlier when it was burnt then you wouldnt have gone any where else. He asked us just a consultation fee for Rs.2500 but when we argued on this he took Rs.2000 just for looking at wound and simple dressing for which we have receipt for. He made wound more worst by pressing it more harder and when my mom screamed he said I know better there is no pain to you I have done many operations. Then he never gave us any bill for the payment we made just the prescription letter (which I am sending you in attachment) the bill in this does not have any tax that this Dr pays its just a normal receipt. He insulted us by saying that you have to get this operated through me and it will cost you Rs.50000 to 1.5 lac when we asked him is there any cheaper way to get this resolved he insulted us by saying that get a BPL(Below Poverty Line) card and you dont have to pay anything after that, Sir I just want to know if we were below poverty line why would we go to this doctor who has some mental problem and does not know how to treat patients. He has spoilt wound badly by pressing them so hard. He does not know how to talk to people. I do not want any compensation from him its just I would like you to know how your team of doctors work and how do patients feel about there services. I would you to reply this as soon as possible as we have been harassed by this doctor and would like no body to face more humiliation from him. Please let me know what could be done regarding this. Complaint : Hi, One fine day I noticed that my dad was shivering and also had high temperature. I took him to the doctor (Dr.Pandey) staying next door, who suggested that he be admitted immediately. Dr.Pandey was also kind enough to refer us hospital namely MANGALAM, Which is being taken care by the owner Dr.Madhavi Ukalkar? He was admitted in the evening of 14/04/2007 and discharged in the morning of 17/04/2007. If you count the number of days logically also it is not more than Two and a half days. He was diagnosed for malarial fever. On being discharged we got a bill and I was shocked to se that the bill was for Rs.7, 500.00. I would like to bring certain observations to your notice: 1. Presence of Mosquitoes. 2. No clean bed sheets. 3. No clothes to change. 4. No morning TEA or Snacks for the patient. 5. No proper cleanliness by nurses. 6. Do not know whether the girls were CERTIFIED NURSES or not(Observing the way they used to carry out things...it clearly looks suspicious) Also I would like to ask one question that If the doctor owns an hospital then How can they charge Rs.250 for their own visit and in three days they show that they visited the patient 7 times and charge Rs.250.00*7=1750. They have not given break-up of the medicines being given to the patient and have charged Rs.3411.50 for Drugs. This is not a hospital but a way to earn money, keeping aside the main purpose of treating the patients. I do not say that they should not charge, they should, however there should be some logic, some sense behind it and not in turn give the patient a bill like below: Bed charges for 3 day's = 350*3=1050 Nursing charges for 3 day's = 150*3=450 Injections/infusions = Quantity 3 = 3*100=300 Pulse Oxymeter = Quantity 1 = 1*250=250 VISITS (Dr.Ukalkar) = 7 Visits = 7*250=1750 GMT = 1 = 1*100=100 Drug/Disposable = 3411.50 Other Consumables = 50 ----------- TOTAL = 7561.50 ----------- I would like to request you all to confirm that the standards and the quality of the equipments are the same as they should be in a Hospital. Complaint : i was reccommended Imferon liquid by my doctor, which i bought from a chemist last month, its marketer by shreya life sciences pvt ltd, shreya house ,301/A, perira hill road, andheri east, mumbai, its manufacturing date is June 2006 and expiry date is Nov.2007,//but if u see the liquid which is there in the bottle..it contains dangourous rust material, which is in the powder from in the liquid having rust stink in it, its a contaminated medicine..and i vomitted when i swollwed the medicine and was on bed for whole day due to its dirty rusty stink wheich went into my mouth and contaminated medicine, due to which got severe headache and loose motions, i want to complaint about this and want someone to ctc us as i want to approach consumer court for this

Complaint : I need your help. About 6 months back my wife was operated for Cesarian ( LSCS ) in a well known hospital of NCR Region, immediately after that she was cought in Septicemia. Now she had to undergo a surgery again for foreign body/MOP/Tissue left inside the abdomon during LSCS which caused perfuration to the small interstan. She has suffered a lot due the ignorance of hospital/doctors and probably continue to suffer for next couple of months. Please guide me how to proceed with authorities about negligence of the hospital. Complaint : Respected Sir, We have a complaint against a Bogus Doctor can U help ???????????????????????????????????????????? A Dr (?) named "Mr. Vikas Chaubal" is practicing at "12/95, Unnat Nagar No.3, M.G.Road, Goregaon (West)" Ph. No. 2872 1141. Neither on a visiting card nor in a personal meeting he mentions his degree. Even after several queries he never discloses which pathy (?) he practices. He has unknown certificates which he displays in a dark place in dispensary in a manner that no one could read it. In a treatment session he uses some machine passes current though patient's body and diagnoses that he has so many diseases or he has a clot in vain which is heading towards brain and its is going to be fatal soon. He further claims that he has a remedy to this but for this the patient has to go for 10/12 nonstop seating,each is going to cost about Rs.500 He claims having good relation with politicians and police officers. According to him he is giving the same treatment Mr. R.R.Patil (Home Minister.Maharashtra State) Besides this he is running a short term certificate courses for this pathy and he claims that ne can get trained in 3 months time and can start practice with this certificates. Complaint : Mrs. Hansa Patel underwent Liposuction surgery on both thighs at Sterling Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujurat, approximately 4 months ago. Eight days after the surgery, she started getting low grade fever with light discharge on the sight of surgery. She was taken to a local hospital in Dubai with this complaint. She was recommended oral antibiotics and a wound culture by a local physician with consultation and recommendation of the operating surgeon (Dr. Shailesh Patel, Sterling Hospital). Post this, her health continued to deteriorate till she was transferred to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where she was diagnosed with an ATYPICAL MYCROBACTERIAL infection. In the following weeks, doctors at the hospital constantly tried to cure the infection with various antibiotics, but were not successful. Mrs. Hansa Patel, passed away on May 1st, 2005. It has come to our knowledge, based on diagnoses and consultations with several doctors who attempted to treat Mrs. Patel, that the main cause of her untimely demise was due to negligence on part of Sterling Hospital, where she had her liposuction surgery. The hospital was not maintaining a sterile environment; and the infection was caused by use of non-sterile medical equipment. The doctor conducting the liposuction surgery also had not educated the patient on pre and post-operation care or even effectively recommended a proper a post-operation institute, prior to flying out to his regular practice in the UK. We also know of other individuals that are fighting similar infections and symptoms, which are a result of undergoing liposuction surgery by Dr. Shailesh Patel at Sterling Hospital. We would request anyone who has been treated at Sterling Hospital and by Dr. SHAILESH PATEL to be highly careful in dealing with them.
