A 60 year old male who lost his left eye from injury by a piece of wood 6 years back presented with blurring in the right eye.On examination, his left eye was found phthysical with little congestion, Rt. vision 6/18 without glass & 6/60 PH., Fine translucent KPs, iop 14mm AT and fundus - no significant findings. After 6 hours his vision deteriorated to counting finger, with hypopyon,Aqueous flare, hazy vitreous, congestion- mild and iop 4mm Hg AT.inspite of 60 mg oral prednisolne topical cyclopentolate and 3 hourly prednisolone eye drop. IS IT A CASE OF SYMPATHETIC OPHTHALMIA? What should be the line of treatment?
