She is in real trouble and needs to visit a neurologist and neurosurgeon at the same hospital. Both can sit together and decide for any intervention for C P Angle lesion. The size of the tumor is small and Gamma knife can be a safer option; otherwise even surgical excision can be planned safely at any good centre. Please take ur mother to a good multispeciality hospital in ur neighbourhood and discuss with the doctors. Difficult to reach a conclusion without seeing the patient and MRI films. Have faith in GOD and the treating doctors. Good Luck
