Dear nirad, TN primary (idiopathic) or secondary (e.g. tumour)if not responding to medication is best treated surgically (MVD). the procedure is simple and effective and not very costly. the other procedures e.g. RF, gamma knife etc. though effective and relatively non-invasive have higher chances of recurrence. all the best.
