24years old male with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura initially treated with steroids, then he developed avascular necrosis of both hips for which he was operated. then he developed purpuric rashes,his platelets became so low, As per the consultant's advice splenectomy was done. He was asymptomatic for a year, then he again developed thrombocytopenia. he is now started on danazol and azathioprine. he is now stable. what is the prognosis now. what will be his life expectancy. What is the next line of management in this case. the patient is my own brother
