I , Sri Joy Paul ,age-29 years suffering from severe low back pain for last 6-7 months. Previously it was only limited to the Sacroilliac joints and the Hip region but Presently the pain is on my lower spine (very lower DL-Spine Region) also.

For last 15 days I cant bent forward as I'm feeling tremendous pain in lower portion of my spine. Feeling spinal pain after walking for more than 15 mins.

MRI scans & XRAYs are not showing any problem . I am HLAB27 positive. But no morning stiffness is there. I am mentioning Some of the results of blood tests which has been given by some doctors :

Uric acid --- 5.5 mg/100ml Anti CCP---- <1.0 U/ml ESR---------- 4mm HB ---------- 16.0 G/dl RHEUMATOID FACTOR --- <5.0 IU/ml HLA-B27 ------- Positive

By profession I am a software engineer and normally going through a 10-12 hour sitting job. Presently I am taking INMECIN 25 (Thrice daily after food) , SAZO-500 ( Two tabs at night & and one tab at morning) and SOMPRAZ-40 in the morning. But tremendous pain is still there. My present doctor suggested me to go to a Rheumatologist.

Please suggest. Thanks & Regards, Joy Paul Ph : 9830541127
