Baby's group was done on cord sample of baby's sample? Check for accracy and contamination by mother's blood. What is DCT/ DAT of the baby? Blood Group of surviving and deceased babies, if known? What is the result of mother's ab screen? Result of hemogram and PBF on baby's sample? Direct and Indirect Bilirubin? All these will provide clue to diagnosis and prognosis as well as treatment strategy.
