Dear Sir/Madam,

My sister (Punam Parte, 24yrs) is suffering from SLE since last 5 years (as diagnosed)or so.

Case History:

Year 2000/01/02 onwards: 1) Suspected TB and treated 2) Typhoid and Jaundice 3) Temporary paralysis in any part of the body (limbs, waste)  MS suspected 4) Temporary blindness 5) Swelling & pain in joints 6) Malaria Falsiparum

Year 2006/07/08: 1) Detected SLE at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore 2) Time-to-time Allopathic Treatment given 3) High fever on alternate days, Falsiparum was treated again

Present Symptoms: 1) Facial puffiness 2) Pedal oedema 3) Acitis development; Swelling/bulge in stomach 4) Generalized weakness / Fatigue 5) Irritation in nasal opening inside mouth 6) Urination problem (less discharge) 7) Gastric problem 8) Vision loss  ON/OFF 9) Intermittent fever 10) Fever is usually followed by cough and swelling of eyelids/foot/face 11) Irregular menstruation cycle since dec 2008. 12) White discharge in urine 13) Mouth ulcers 14) Red spots sometimes, which disappear after 3-4 days 15) Hair-fall

Prominent medicines given time to time since 2000: 1) Omnacartel - tab 2) Solumedral  i/v 3) Predmet - tab 4) Mepresso  i/v 5) Defcort - tab 6) Wyslone  tab 7) DOM-DT 8) Stamlo 9) Met-XL-H 10) Tazar

Present dose of medicines: 1) Acitrom-1mg 2) Wyslone-5mg 3) Losar-25 4) Sompraz-40 5) Shelcal-M 6) Statix-F

There had been periodic relieves quite for some time. She was all right during the year 2003 to 2006 (was taking homeopathic medicines). Presently she has grown nephrotic syndrome, lot of protein is getting discharged through with urine. Albumin and protein level have gone down in blood.

Please suggest some good hospital / doctor as there is not much help here at Bhopal.
