A 65 years old gentleman from Aizwal with sudden dimness of vision in the right eye, presented with redness of right eye for 15 days.

Vision OD-6/60. Slitlamp Examination-AC flare and cells +++ with posterior synechiae and complicated cataract with no view of fundus.

Left eye is unremarkable with mild cataract.

Bscan USG showed vitreous opacity with inferior nasal shallow RD. Past history revealed Cirrhosis and Bloody diarrhoea. Presently having oral ulcers which are painful.
