A male child with bilateral congenital glaucoma with history of filtering surgery in one eye attended our hospital with Rt ctaract, PL only, Lt Counting finger, Bilat descemet's fold, IOP Both 24 mm hg, Corneal diam. Rt 15 Lt 17 mm. What should be the ideal plan for treatment?
