Candida spps are one of the most notorious yeast involved in majority of Urinary tract infections attributed to yeast. In this present case the instance the fungi isolated from Urine specimen from a child with congenital bilateral megaureters with UTI was quite unusual yeast with its waxy appearance was grown. The Microscopic morphology as observed by gram stain is shown here. Any comments on its identification
