Dear Dr Garima You need to consult an expert endocrinologist. A 2mm lesion in pituitary may be incidental specialy if your repeat prolactin levels are normal or even mildly high.. You also need to get basal and post glucose growth hormone or IgF done. Surgery or any form of radiation is not indicated at this stage.
