Hope you are a medical faternity. glactorrea-2 mths means most likely it to be a prolactinoma, 1.as you have mentioned the serum estimations were normal ( which is unlikely) in case of prolactinoma. some times it do occur if the serum levels are very high and proper dilusions are not carried over by the lab. kindly repeat the prolactin levels in a different reliable lab. 2. do you have any visual loss 3. can you enclose the films of the MRI and the values of serum levels exactly
