We have an interesting case in our hospital. This patient is a 33 yr old man who is a cable tv operator by profession he came with the complaints of Diminished vision Left eye 1 week. No h/o eye trauma, Diabetes, hypertension ,Wearing glasses , similiar episodes in the past No h/o exposure On/examination VA-OD 6/6, OS Cf-3meters not improving with pin hole. Anterior segment of both eyes normal Fundus Examination I/O Right eye -Normal Fundus Left eye- Media clear, Cup not seen because a hemorrhage is seen over the disc covering the entire disc. Disc margins are obscured by the hemorrhage. Near the macula some small cotton wool spots are seen and foveal reflex is dull. Some areas of geographic pattern leisoins seen over the postr pole ( similiar to Cmv retinitis) could it be Cmv retinits/ Retinal periphlebitis
