this is very unusual.how can a weight on head disrupt the posterir wall of frontal sius as well as underlying dura? the only possible explaination is the possibility of chronic frontal sinusitis leading a gradual breech in posterir wall of frontal sius as well as underlying dura and gradual development of a pneumocele which became rapidly symptomatic when it reached to a considerable size.kindly review the case for long history of frontal sinusitis.
