I have a10yr. boy with h/o blunt trauma OD, following which he developed acute iridocyclitis,Sec glaucoma&cataract. He has occlusive pupillae. He has not responded to the conventional line of treatment(including oral & topical steroids, oral&Topical anti-glaucoma medications) Is it safe enough to consider surgery at this stage? What are the preop management strategies needed?
