Phaco with foldable silicon iol done some 1 month ago , uneventful surgery , patient is fine for 6 days (inbetween two f/u were done )

7th day she comes with thick pupilary membrane

vision drops from 6/6 to HM. IV antibiotics and topical drops along with oral steroids were started .

The mem. was very thick and not allowing to dilate the pupil , on 3rd of the event ac wash along with removal of mem . On culture nothing grown . Flare and cells started reducing vision improoves to 6/12 .

Again after 10 days flare and cells increased , iol was removed in the thought of reaction to the iol . Flare and cell almost 3plus on 1st post op day again oral steroids started next day hypopyon appeared , iv vancomycin added hypopyon disappeared . fundal glow all the time is good . as on date endothelial damage 1plus flare and cells negligible spk present because of the topical drugs . vitreous haze is 1plus but no floatters .

What could be the course of action is intravitreal? straight or wait for a day or more
