Picture this: A patient(financially very poor)admitted in your hospital(private) & get treated in general ward .The hospital charge him what he can pay and rest takes the burden to itself . Now the patient requires advance treatment & is not ready to get shifted to other centre as he knows that this hospital will do whatever it can beacause people here are comparably better than other centre,even the hospital knows that this patient is going to stay. This is a scenario most common in any health centre, How a hospital can be ethical & Morally right in tackling problem like this. some times it not easy to tackle such problems than any other problem.............
