My husband with a history of mild cervical spondiliyis has recently started experienceing severe pain in most of the body joints. This pain episode started with the onset of high viral fever which continued for 2-3 days and then gave way to severe joint pain. The pain is shifting in nature and affects different joints at different times, there is no swelling and the mobility of the joint in pain is mildly reduced. He RA factor has come at 8 (borderline), but ANA antibody is negative. Please advise diagnosis and treatment. Thanks
