haemothrosis   Posted By raja s kumar    Date : 05-Sep-07   11:26 AM     Reply

My maternal uncle aged 65 years had haemothrosis in his left knee. It was addressed by aspiration and symptomatic treatment was given. Last week he developed bleeding in the other knee too! An orthopaedician tried to investigate by orthroscopy and revealed that the patella has been wearing out quite rapidly (osteoarthritis) and advised to use support while walking. But the bleeding continues and he is losing blood. the aspirated blood sent for laboratory tests have not revealed anything suggestive. Now the matter is resting with a haematologist. He suspected genetical inheritance of disorder and related queries are blank.

I seek divine assistance from the hippocrate community.
