There is a case of a young male of 22 yrs. with acute pain in back and leg he complains more pain in tibial region his pain started some 3yrs ago it started in back then progressed to the leg. now he has also got swelling in the leg and foot pain is almost constant but increases on work pain is acute bursting type he feels his shin bursting out.There are no other aggravating or suppressing factors for the pain. His Blood tests done are: tlc,dlc,RA-f,esr,creatinine,uric acid, hb,cpk-mb, all are with in normal limits other tests done are MRI-scan of lumbar region its report says Mild post bulges L1-L2 discs &L2-L3 discs &Small Scroll nodes in L1,L2,L3vertebral bodies
His doppler imaging of the legs&abdomen has also been done its report says that the blood flow is in normal limits
PLS help me in this case I'm not able to diagnose it and also tell me the possible modalities of treatment and the best place for the treatment
