Various techniques have been described to fix these fractures. Presently we are using Arthroscopicaly assisted retrograde Interlocking Nailing. I have done just Two cases. The entry site in the lower end of the femur is located arthroscopicaly and drilled. Littlr more than one inch incision is required in the patellar tendon to introduce the nail .The nail is introduced under Immage Intencifier and locked. Comments and suggestions invited from orthopaedic collegues
