Pnubness in both hands   Posted By Dr.Sunil Oberoi    Date : 04-Apr-07   12:38 PM     Reply

Sir, this is the MRI of my mother age 62 yrs.She has pnubness in both the hands with involvement of both shoulders.this pnubness started from finger tips of left hand then it gradually shifted to right hand Her MR features are suggestive of cervical spondylotic & disc degenerative changes. 1)Prominance of post. longitudnal ligament & hypertrophied ligamentum flavum extending from C3 to C6 causing sec.canal stenosis. 2) Cord edema or myelopathic from C3 to C4

Kindly advice me what should be the next step for me. Thanks
