One eyed,pt of 79 years old man with grade four cataract,pupil semidilated.after putting viscoelastic when I started for ccc it was very difficult to puncture ant cap with 26no needle cystitome,somehow with difficlty I could puncture it but ant cap was so thick & rubbry it was very difficult to tear it. I could do it with cap scissors. Please communicate if any body has any easy way to solve the problem.
