I fell down on the 7th and the weight of my body was on the hand.Immediately the fingers went stiff.I had immedite medical attention and a hairline fracture was detected at the base of my little finger and the plaster was put. The plaster was removed yesterday but there is lot of pain and swelling. It has been diagnosed as heamothrosis.I have been advised to do exercise in hot water and then dip in cold water. Emanzen and rabekind tablets twice a day has been prescribed. At present i am able to bend the fingers only a little. Iwish to know whether whatever i am doing is OK or anything else need to be done.Plese advise
